Herne Bay Men's 5's vs K Sports 4's

Bay were due to start with 13 players, however, Clive arrived 5 minutes late, with the excuse that he aquaplaned down Detling Hill because of all the rain.
Either due to the heavy rain or Clive arriving late, Bay started poorly, conceding an early goal within the first 5 minutes. After that early shock, Bay decided to start playing some decent hockey, putting the opposition under continued pressure. This was rewarded by a short corner, which was converted by Matt. More pressure, another short and another goal, Matt again, or no sorry, Andrew get his stick on the ball before it crosses the line. Goal to Andrew.

Bay continued to press in the second half, being rewarded with a number of short corners. With the final whistle approaching, Akram had a shot on goal. Goal to Akram, or not. Andrew claimed the goal, as he again got stick to the ball before it crossed the line. Game finished. Now some of us think we scored 4, however as my team are all so useless at remembering if they scored and what the winning score was, we will have to go with a 3-1 win.
